Our founder, Chef Kiang, brings with him over 30 years of culinary experience and is a true master of his craft. We are proud to be the first to introduce clam noodles in Singapore that uses live clams to prepare the broth. Our clams are kept alive in a seawater tank before cooking, ensuring that every bowl of our clam noodles is fresh and bursting with flavor.
